Policy Statement

What is a policy statement?

A policy statement is a written statement, signed by the agency head, declaring and affirming the agencies commitment. The administrative policy statements provide system-wide guidance for procedures and requirements. These policies are based on internal input from data acquired from students, parents, and volunteers. In addition to this, we in all aspects remain true to our purpose of following Qur'aan wa Sunnah, and the righteous predecessors upon the path of Ad-dawatus Salafiyyah.

For additional information about any policy, rule, or regulation from The House of Mecca Sadaqa Group, Inc please feel free to contact the administrator Saddiqua Muhammad Black bint Elijah at "I have a question." Additional categories and policies maybe added, deleted, or amended at the discretion of the Administration.

Room Guidelines - At a Glance!

NO RECORDING IS ALLOWED (NEVER! NEVER! NEVER)

1)   When entering into the Room, Salaams are to be given, upon leaving also give salaams. If one has to leave abruptly or before session is over and needs to communicate with an instuctor, have patience and leave your message. Insha Allah an instructor will respond to your message. If you cannot wait send an IM or an email later inshaallah.

2)   There will be no interuptions during session times. Please hold all of your questions and comments until the Oral Reading/presentation/Dars is over.

3) Once the Oral Reading is over we will answer questions and hold discussions. All questions and discussions must pertain to the topics. If you ask a question that cannot be answered by way of the text presentation it will be recorded and forwarded to a student of knowledge, the Ulema, or and Imaam for clarity. We ask that you be patient in this process inshaAllah.

4) Again, In the event that a question arises which the instructor can not answer from the current text, then this question will be taken to someone more knowledgeable for an answer.

5) Only currently enrolled female students are allowed in the Room. There is a list of all students enrolled and anyone outside these guidelines will be removed. Students that do not obey these guidelines parents' will be contacted. If you are found to violate these rules (male visitors) you will be barred from any future classes at THM.

6) Recording is not permitted at THM. It violates the trust of the individual. Fear Allah and Never, Ever, Ever record the classes inshaallah. For those who want to listen to lectures a seperate link will be provided from other sources inshaallah.

7) Lewd, vulgar, and disrespectful language/speech is not tolerated at any time. This is not the manners of a good Muslimah. If you feel you have been wronged in any matter please feel free to call the Administration regarding your incident. Your call must be followed up with a written complaint for verification. A meeting will be scheduled to discuss the matter with all parties present. If you fail to appear the matter will be dropped. Inshaallah. May Allah keep us all upon the haqq and of those who seek his face only ameen.

additional rules can be and shall be added to this list. It is your responsibility to stay informed about the rules regarding class conduct and other issues. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns feel free to contact us at any time thmsadaqagroup@gmail.com

*Admin Note: If you are sent a reminder or warning in class, it is wise that you take heed to this warning. Disruptions (calling out, grabbing the mic, interrupting) will not be tolerated. You will be booted out of the room for the day. Please do not return until next class (not the next day). Barakallahu Feekum.

If you return (for the next class) and your behavior has changed for the better alhamdulillah we will be happy to have you in attendance.  However, if you return and your behavior is still less then desirable you will be removed from the class for the rest of the session (day). If your instructor decides to suspend you from classes at that time, you will need authorization to return. This authorization can only be achieved through Parent/Admin/Student agreement.
