Assalaamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakaatuh
Walhamdulillah students are on break until Monday the 16th for the first week of Ramadan; some classes are still in continuance walhamdulillah.
Homework Mon.
Quran/Tafisr - Surah at-Taghabun
Students have completed ayaat 1-10. Written exercise 3 times each in your notebook; Read the tafsir using www.tafsir.com ; write out your benefit to share in class inshaAllah.
Literature/Reading
Student submissions for Helen Keller and Annie Sulivan were due; Reading stories about Lemon Brown will continue Monday inshaAllah
Grammar/Writing
Students should pay close attention so they can remember the following questions:
What is a sentence?, What are the four types of sentences? , What is the meaning for each category of sentence?, What are the two parts of a sentence?, What is the difference between a complete predicate and a simple predicate?, What is the difference between a complete subject and a simple subject?
Math - Students are currently in early review stage. So assignments are random according to class needs.
Vocabulary:
List 2a and List 2b definitions
Science:
Student submissions about Scurvy reviewed. Student submissions on Scientist and their fields of study due Monday inshaAllah.
