The following document is being presented to you as the customer by request. Services at THM Sadaqa Group for one of its named programs has been discounted, reduced, deferred or waived according to the financial status of the family. One or more of the following documents must be submitted prior to completed transfer of reduced, deferred or waived services inshaAllah:
· Signed Statement of Hardship with verifiable confirmation for waived agreements
· Signed Promise of payment for deferred service agreements
· Signed Statement of family size with verification for reduced payments
Ø All forms must be submitted prior to the 15th of each 30 day period in which you are requesting assistance. If you have been granted a semester payment your submission is due on the 15th of the month prior to the next semester start date inshaAllah.
*Currently documentation for a discounted service authorized by the administration is recorded and signed by potential applicants, but does not require the documentation listed above or guarantee acceptance without a written confirmation .
Any additional questions about financial status, current totals, or agreements need to be referred to the department of finance at ---- Jazakillahu khayrun
As a participant in either program offered at THM Sadaqa Group we encourage you to make your payments in a timely fashion prior to its due date. Each student or participant is considered to be late on or after the 5th day of each month, regardless of your start date. Participants who are experiencing difficulties need to inform us of their situation prior to the due date so that they can be referred to a consultant for an Admin Quote inshaAllah.
Reminders are sent out about payments sometimes, however, it is your responsibility to know when your payments are due and should not expect reminders consistently inshaAllah.
Payments not made after the second reminder shall be refused class entry. A sample letter will be forwarded to you at that time for prompt payment.

We at THM Sadaqa Group, your InHouseGA homeschool, night school, or English Language Learner’s course provider would like to thank you for using our services this month. We hope that you have achieved success in your studies and would like to provide a friendly reminder to you that your current payment for service is due. Payment for service can be made in cash directly to the administrator, online by way of debit, or by money order inshaAllah.
As a reminder, students who opt to pay by money order must pay in increments of three months for the entire semester. Please ask for additional details regarding your money order so that you can fill it out correctly to prevent delays in service.
